Professor Ho is an experienced implant and maxillofacial specialist. Dr Ho analyses ,determines and recommends the appropriate treatments for every client. He personally does all surgical procedures professionally. I highly commend his services.

Prof Ho came highly recommended for a tooth implant procedure. I find him to be very professional, highly skilled and friendly, you can be assured of being in good hands. He probably taught a lot of the dentists in Spore.

I have an extreme phobia of dentists and the dentist’s chair. You can ask Prof Ho. He’d probably have a big laugh now at me after all the trouble I gave him. But his work is honestly the best I have ever come across and I would recommend him to anyone who needed a recommendation for a dentist. I had a wisdom tooth taken out without any pain. I was given 4 packs of gauze, and antibiotics. I used 3 pieces of gauze (3 pieces yes) never needed any panadol or Tylenol or painkiller. Bleeding stopped in 3 hours and so far after 3 days looks all good. Amazed. Real procedure took probably 10 mins. My fuss and whining probably was about 30 mins before. Amazed.

My husband visited this dental clinic to do tooth filling and root canal treatment as well as crown. However, we are very very very disappointed regaring our experiences. 1) Terrible service. The staff cancel our appointments many times without any decent excuses, which affacted our schedule and plans terribly. They even made last minute cancellation of appointment, which means my husband have to take no pay leave and lose salary. 2) Not good professional skills. I would like to say that the teeth-filling drops out within 2 weeks although we understand some of the challenges. In addition, the most terrible thing is that we have to go three times for the crown stuff. It is expected that the first time to get the shape of crown, and the second time to wear it. However, one week after the first visit, we are told that we need to take leave another time and visit the clinic again to do the shape stuff again. That means we need to lose salary again and suffer again from the 2 hour operations. Also we need to wait another 2 weeks to do the 2nd visit stuff. It takes 2 months to complete the crown section! 3) Irresponsibility. We have complained to the staff many days ago and only got a call from the doctor. We told the doctor that we wanna to talk to the manager today (the third time visit for the crown). And TODAY they told us that manager is unavailable and will call us later. Also the staff said she did not know that we are still unsatisfied after the conversations with the doctor - how ridiculous it is! They lack communications and wasted customers' time. That also suggests that they don't really care about clients' complaints. Then let's wait and see whether the manager will call us again, and see how they wanna to deal with all these bad things. Hey guys, if you see this, I strongly recommend not to visit here. It is too terrible. You will thank me for telling this truth.
