Lousy as a managing Agent engage by developer for new condo. Represent by staff James Ong. Rude and unprofessional attitude in handling problems in condo and residents.No proper system in place and provide inaccurate information.

prompt response able to explain clearly staff is patience in handling my case. Although it took more than 3days to response and resolve - finally manage to resolve the issues i face for more than 4 months since they took over 2 weeks back.

Giving my review as Treasurer of Belysa MCST 4131 and having worked with Ms Jocelyn Tan and her team for more than 1 year, I can recommend unequivocally Asia Properties and Consultancy Pte Ltd as the managing agent of choice to any developer or MCST looking for a professional and capable team. My remarks are based on the following demonstrated attributes as displayed by Asia Properties :- -High standard of technical competency and experience of the staff on-site, -Steadfast personal commitment and support of senior management and headquarters functional experts, -Unrelenting focus and ability to resolve any operational issues expeditiously in order to create a safe and peaceful environment, -Providing value-added services and ideas to further enhance property value of the estate. I would like to put on record our thanks to Ms Jocelyn Tan for successfully spearheading negotiation with our developer on our defect rectification and claim as well as initiating many estate improvement programs for Belysa. 5 star rating well deserved !!!

After 1yr 9 mths of poor mgm from them, they rightfully deserve this long review. Deleted my proof photo somemore * 16oct 20update - fire alarm ringing for the last 30mins but the mo seems delirious unaware the alarm still ringing. She said it was a false alarm then i ask why not turned off. After asking the same question at least 3 times and she was away from phone twice probably to cook up something, she said it has been turned off. I dont believe she didnt hear the loud ringing over e phone. When asked where the alarm was ringing she said everywhere, but i told them my block didn't ring, only from tennis court. 3 mins later after the call it was finally turned off. 2 days ago on wed also another "false alarm" at 7pm for a good 20mins while i was playing in the tennis court. Btw, mo operating hours on wednesdays are till 8pm. Many times now with false alarm but seems the manager (sherry) still "investigating" after 1.5yrs now. Do they know logically that they should review the system we are using? Coz of such inefficiency, it bcmes hell-living. a few months ago rang from 12.30am till almost 2am on a weekday. Same manager (Sherry) handling my property for the past 1.5yrs have been avoiding responsibilities despite me giving feedback of many issues, including people caught on video multiple times for the past 1 year up till last night, but they refuse to take any action or even issue a memo. Within half year of new development a pole came off, now have holes in the net. Plus the neighbor above unit dripping wet laundry and splashing water down over the course of the past 1 year. All of these i have to manage on my own, confronting the neighbors myself. Brought up to the director (weijie) that got promoted for god knows what good he has done, act blur with no knowledge of what is going on, not reading the emails i cc-ed him. Still MIA. Escalated to managing director again. 1.5wks later for their explanation today new pattern. Hospitalized. Win liao lor. I advised them that if they are too busy to eat, poop, go smoke break, to do their job, then they should manage less properties since they are so incapable. Got the HR to tell me she "hears me" and ask me for details and contacts. I told her from bottom to up all have my details, i dont have to give for the 10000th time cause i never get any follow ups or return call. And if they really hear or heard me, this won't prolong for 1 yr 9 months and the stress from my above unit. I will make sure to kick them out when mcst forms. Issue memo also backdated. Event started or over then you see the memo on the board or in iplus. Security so many issues from the start but 7 months later then they change, like graduated from learning sch. But then u still see old guards despite change in management. Caught guards sleeping in function room yet the old team and supervisor still around. Half a year later got caught again then finally supervisor changed "for other reasons". Recently received a reply for an email sent 1 year ago. Sinple yes-no email also take 2 weeks. Busier than the banks and government agencies. Apparently when i was with DBS, i got a respond and actions taken by CEO Piyush Gupta within a day. I really have doubts about the 5 star reviews, because from bottom all the way to the top are all rotten. No balls to deal with these issues even through the phone. They seem so busy i worry if they even eat their meals, poop, and sleep. The top dont even want to deal with the issues then no one will. Maintenance very bad. Many times pre-covid have to tell them water features full of soggy leaves left for days or even week+ then they clean. And they are not even located at quiet corners, yet everytime when i call office the manager was always out for walkabout. Dont know what else she sees besides the mobile phone. Now as i typing developer side cutting wooden boards outside the corridor with no notice or anything. And just a call from HR to come entertain me. you gotta believe that no review is good news. We just move in to our new house. The Management office staff at my estate has gone an extra mile to help me resolve issues I have inside my unit. The hammering sound make me loss my sleep. They Manage to ask the technician to check for me and help me to get it fix. I would like to compliment them for their services and assisting me on the issues which has been there for a while. They also assist or rather have the patience to teach my mum how to use the intercom in the house. Thank you

As a new buyer for a new estate - good upkeep of maintenance even during covid19. Responsive team. Although cannot say immediate, takes a while to revert but they do response to help me & even an extra mile to help me resolve some issues i have with my contractor. Provide additional advise to me for my do & don’t. Keep up the good work! i believe with the team work i see at my new estate, our estate can improve over time

One of the responsible MA company I met patience enough to hear my complaints on my neighbours & issues I have brought up a few months ago ( which is the ex MA). Thanks to my proactive council. This MA took 1 month to resolve the long outstanding water seepages I face for last 2 years. Finally repaired and all settled. I can have good and nice Christmas & CNY. Kudos to the MA.
