★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely abysmal property management company. Look at this photo (from Alexis Condo), this is their quality and level of effort on public display.
There are only 3 reasons I can think of for this kind of sloppy work: 1. Complete incompetence. 2. Complete apathy. 3. Complete disrespect. Whichever the reason is, or whatever combination is involved, I wouldn't trust this company in the least.
Just to include some context here, that thing pasted on the wall is a decoration for Chinese New Year, the most important festival for people of Chinese ethnicity, and this country is majority Chinese.
Just think for a minute, what kind of mentality (or lack thereof) had to go into this effort.
