★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best chicken cooked so far ! Chicken comes off so easily (non frozen for sure and fragrant and still crispy when I pack them home. Kudos to uncle! While waiting for uncle to prep my chicken wings and chicken cutlet fried rice… i went “shopping” for other food in the same coffeeshop.. bought rojak, pancake, choc chip cookies… I quickly ran out of cash! N unfortunately it’s a cash only coffeeshop.. I was short of $3! ? Uncle was so nice! Asked me to not panic and return him the next time I come by. But how could I owe uncle money! Quickly enquired the nearest atm and withdrew to return him :) uncle’s attitude and generosity nature is like the food he cooks.. he puts his heart and soul into the fresh food he cooks and sells ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why some people saying the chicken is dry. I ate half spring chicken rice and this can rival with any of the fast food fried chicken. Yes uncle is slow in preparing but what do you expect for someone at his age how fast can he be right? Uncle is super friendly and given this price is definitely a steal. I wouldn't complain if he wants to adjust to market price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken cutlet was tender well marinated and Chicken wing was tasty most important is the food don't have the unpleasant oil smell & tastes. was so teasty that I re ordered 1 more chicken cutlet, 1 chicken only cost $4! Love it, please come and support the uncle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here to support the uncle. Be prepared to wait quite a while while the uncle prepares the food. Tried the spring chicken and fries. $11 total. He will ask whether you want salt for fries. Coffee shop right outside braddell mrt exit b.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncle so nice cut the cutlet for me ? He goes through quite a abit of stock everyday so the Chicken’s pretty fresh. Decent batter to chicken ratio too! (Not too much batter.) He uses farmland fries which I personally like. Overall simple fare!
Uncle shared that he really no choice - gotta need to increase prices soon tho! Pls do support him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Western food man by an old uncle and you have to be very patience with him to wait for your turn to order. I have to said the fried chicken cutlets and half spring chicken is actually quite dry. The chilli sauce taste funny and weird.
