★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the kfc $10 chick 'n share promotion here. Requested for a mixture of wings and thigh but got none of those 2. A total of 5 pieces of chicken but only 1 was of the usual standard. The other 4 tasted cold and hard and it felt like I could hammer some nails with the chicken if I was a carpenter. Really nice and quiet environment but disappointment was really huge in the quality of food.

The drinks dispenser probably ran out of sugar syrup, person did not bother to change them, so I got an ultra diluted drink with no taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via Deliveroo. The most disappointing KFC I have ever eaten. Both original and crispy chicken are bland and tasteless. The crispy chicken is not even spicy. It's more worth it to go opposite and eat McCrispy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comparing to other outlets, i can safely say this outlet puts in less effort than other KFC outlets. received hard cold original chicken when asked for crispy. when asked for vegetables to be removed from burger, they said they were not able to prepare since they are closing (they close at 8pm, i was there at 6.44pm) maybe they had their reasons but this is not the first time the food received from this specific outlet was bad or not up to standard. i have been to other outlets and requested for vegetables to be removed 15 minutes before their closing time and my requests were met, their chicken was fresh and juicy too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, ask for no drums n wings, end up is 3 pcs of drums... Don't understand what is the guys doing. In the end, all throw to the dustbin.... Mood totally spoilt... If cannot fulfil, just tell..if stay near, sure will stomp down....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here to order takeaway. Shift manager is very friendly and patient to introduce the on-going promotions. The chicken is fresh from fryer, very crispy and juicy when we consume at home. The coleslaw is also very fresh, no bitter taste. Highly recommended for the nearby residents who wants to avoid the crowd at TPY central.
