★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole health screening took 3 hrs. And I took the most basic package so I am not sure why 3 hours is required. Please work on your waiting time otherwise at least be clear so the person waiting is aware of the long waiting time. Saying “please take a seat first” will not help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the test was fast as there was no waiting time for pre departure ART with an appointment but the staff did not give proper advice.
Detail of flight is 1.30pm on 12/4 and we were at the clinic at 11.30am 11/4. After the staff checked the passports, registrations and flight details, ART test was done.
At the Philippines Airline check in counter at the airport today, all our friends were not allowed to check in because the test was done 26 hours before flight time.
When I called for help to amend the time, I was told that this is not allowed and the staff on the line insist that they would have checked the time line. Clearly, this was not done and the procedure is sloppy. My three friends could not take their flight and they also missed their connecting flight in Manila to Spain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service with the staff there. My mom doesn’t know how to speak English and I helped her ask for a Chinese nurse so it would be easier during the x-ray as I wasn’t allowed in the room to help her translate, they didn’t do anything. And the whole process was just a mess. They had a bunch of Chinese staff here but surprisingly they didn’t bother to help at all. Waiting time was long, had to keep on reminding the staff about how long we’ve waited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for the medical wellness check-up. My appointment is at 9am but only managed to leave the clinic at 1.20pm.
The whole process was disorganized and the waiting time is ridiculously long because there is only 1 sonographer on duty.
There was no update on the estimated waiting time so people just ended up waiting, not knowing when will be our turn. I think they took in more people than they could handle.
Go there only if you have a lot of time to spare and wanna enjoy some free coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for health screening, my nurse was very kind but also professional. The process was quick & efficient with very patient receptionists. Place was easy to find and left much earlier than expected (despite other google reviews) ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty positive experience except that the place is really hard to find. Doctors and nurses are really friendly. Receptionists are not that rude as per other reviews. I was lucky to not have to wait that long to do my basic health screening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my health screening today....and I just want to compliment the lady that greeted us at the door. She greeted me delightfully and I feel almost at ease as it is my first screening.....the whole process was very smooth and thou the place can be a little busy but the attending nurses and Dr Slyvia were a delight to talk to. And I would like to thank her for her consultation and advise....Will most likely visit for further consultation.....
