★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Covid started and mask wearing was made compulsory, I have been managing an incessant flare of ezcema. The mask straps aggravated the pain and peeling of raw skin on both my earlobes. I have tried every cream recommended by friends and prescribed by doctors but it never got better. Until I went to see Doc Thean for pigmentation issues and he suggested laser on the angry swollen earlobes. Indeed, after 2-3 weekly sessions, my ears are finally almost back to their original colours and texture!! What a relief! I never thought lasers could be the cure, but yes, it works!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started visiting Ensoul Clinic in December 2021. I had been suffering severe acne, redness and hyperpigmentation caused by my acne. Prior to this, I had visited a different dermatologist but barely saw any improvement after religiously attending their sessions for 9 months. However, after consulting Dr Kenneth Thean and trying out two sessions of quad lasers, I could immediately see drastic improvements. The redness had consistently decreased in severity, and my red and dark spots were progressively becoming lighter after just four sessions. I had received multiple compliments about the improvements of my face from friends and family. Additionally, Dr Thean and the staff were extremely friendly and devoted to helping me improve my skin. Their positivity and professionalism spread joy and hope to me through each of the sessions. Ensoul Clinic is a wonderful and trustworthy clinic to attend. I highly recommend anyone whom is suffering similar cases and feeling hopeless to give Ensoul a shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happen to know Ensoul clinic during a google search for pigmentation/ melasma aesthetic clinic as I was bothered by my melasma on my both cheeks. It was about over a year my melasma appeared and I have sought treatment from my regular beauty salon but it doesn’t help. Happen one day I was lunching with an old friend and coincidentally she told me she and couple of her colleagues have been going to Ensoul for laser treatment from Dr Thean on pigment/ melasma/ pimple problems. I have also noticed improvement on my friend’s skin lately. Immediately I get her to help me make appointment. Dr Thean and her staffs are very friendly and explained the treatment very detailed and no hard selling. As I have medical condition, Dr Thean says my condition might take longer to achieve good results. To my surprise, after 4th treatment, my melasma were like 95% gone! These days, I will smile when I look in the mirror, feeling happy and confidence. Currently I have few friends who saw my face improvement and have made appointment with Ensoul. After only a few sessions at Ensoul, my scars were much lighter and my skin texture became very smooth. I was surprised by how effective the laser treatment is in such a short span of time. Dr. Thean is extremely knowledgeable and caring - he takes the time to explain the treatment process and answers all my questions patiently. I've really enjoyed my sessions with him and the staff at Ensoul are very friendly too with no hard-selling. I'm extremely pleased with the results and my only regret is not coming here sooner. Although he did try various treatment methods from other clinics, his scars remain visible. Last year, he chanced upon Ensoul and decided to give it a try. That proved to be a good decision.
Dr Kenneth is friendly and approachable, and gave him a treatment plan that works. His scars is now much smoother; a far cry from before. Because of this, I decided to try Ensoul as well to help me with my freckles.
The staff of Ensoul are friendly and approachable, they made each visit a pleasant one. The time taken for each treatment process was just right; they make sure that we do not wait beyond what is necessary. Most importantly, it works. After just 2 sessions, I was able to see visible improvement to the pigmentation on my face, so much so that even my friends and family noticed the difference!

My therapist is Stella, she is very knowledgeable and caring - always explaining each step and process to me so I know what is happening and advice me on all my questions. And only few sessions I see great improvement! Not only my acne totally stop, even the redness and scaring have reduced a lot. They do show my before and after photos too. I am so glad to have come to Ensoul and strongly recommend this clinic as you will really see great results.
