★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transporter dropped my item and damaged the metal, i said I will call AWS to claim, he said yes, I called AWS, they said transporter said shipper fault. In the end, no resolution. No responsibility taken. Transporter blocked my number even.

The safe thing to do is to avoid AWS services. I also find their charges were extremely high for customs clearances, port charges etc
