Express Freight Services - 20 Maxwell Rd

This is the worst Freight forwarding company I believe so because they absolutely have NO customer services. I will list out ALL my encounters. (1) I was trying to find out the rough estimation on when can they deliver my goods , and the person-in-charge actually send me an SMS saying "I will not answer or reply you unless I have a reply from the warehouse." - (1) what kind of attitude is this? (2) The goods already arrived, why can't she planned and let me know the date? (3) Why can't she answer my call and tell me? for your info, I only call her less than 5 times for that few days. (2) On the day, she said that the good might come, I actually took leave and wait for the good to arrive. Then, you guess what happened? She did not even inform me that she is not coming and I am waiting for her the whole day like an idiot. When I called her, then she told me that she is not coming, and she will come on the next day. I admitted I did asked to deliver at 5 plus on next day (3) On the day which is the actual delivery day, early in the morning i SMS her and I told her that my people will be coming at 4 to 5pm to unpack the goods for me,the reason why I sms her is because she did not want to answer my call. At 3pm, I SMS again to check whether she had sent her man to deliver my good. To my astonishment, she SMS me her delivery man number and expect me to check myself. I think OK..., I only want my good , I called her delivery man. I am very surprise and angry when her delivery man told me that she DID NOT EVEN INFORM HIM to deliver my good at 4pm and he actually feel like delivering my good on the next day.. THIS IS THE WORST FREIGHT COMPANY EVER The delivery man was kind enough to make a trip back to his office and delivery my goods to me at about 6.30pm which was 1 hour and 30 mins late. For your inform, because they delivered late, therefore, I was charged for extra $200 for my people Overtime. I strongly advise you guys not to look for this Freight forwarding company. just pay a bit more to get a better freight services company....................................................................... P.S..*But please also read other people reviews about this company before you make a decision whether what i have said is correct.*
