★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asiana Airlines is a cheaper option than Korean Air but I can't really tell a difference in service and always try to fly Asiana if possible. Some of the planes are a bit of a bus service (e.g. Incheon to Heathrow and some of the Incheon to Hong Kong flights) but the Flight Attendants always try hard to keep everyone happy. Food is mid-grade for an Asian airline so I always take a snack as a backup. They are great with refunds and changes if you have to cancel or reschedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually love Asiana and their service but I can’t say many good things about my experience in the Singapore office itself. First and foremost the doors weren’t even open to let me in, then as I walked in I was asked to sit and eventually waited 25 mins before I was tended to because all the staff was on call and the original staff said their system wasn’t working and that another staff would be able to best help. Honestly this is not the best experience overall given asianas usual high level of service
