โ โ โ โ โ Shahrul was my assigned engineer who came on site to service my daughter's Asus laptop. My compliments to Shahrul for going the extra mile. My daughter's laptop crashed just before her exams started. Shahrul had ordered a new motherboard for the laptop however it did not arrive in time for her exams. But he still came down on site to check the laptop and did a forced reboot, just so that she's able to bring it along for her exams the next day. We are deeply appreciative for that kind gesture. One week later Shahrul contacted me again as the motherboard he order had arrived. He came down on site the 2nd time to change the motherboard for my daughter's laptop. It is all good and running well now. Thank you Shahrul for your excellent service.

โ โ โ โ โ I met Edwin during my 2nd time onsite support at my place in early April 2022. He took initiative to explain to me why my laptop fan overheat and I clearly understood it now.
Today Edwin has impressed me with his dedication and patience in finding out and discussing what is the problem dealing with my laptop.

โ โ โ โ โ It was quick and fuss-free from start to the end, from setting up my appointment to go to the centre over call and having someone take a look at my laptop.
The engineer who helped me on location (Atiqah) was also very helpful and detailed in telling me when I would be able to receive my laptop back after repairs, and also arrange for its delivery back to my home so I don't have to come down again.
Overall it was a very quick and pleasant experience!
