★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is exceptional. I have been here a couple of times and the levels are consistent. I was here once during a busy period at night and waited for a few min. Once the store assistant was done helping with another customer, she apologized repeatedly and helped me to get the right shoe type and size. Asics is the go to for me, and if you have flat foot - go for kayano 26. There is a current promotion till June 2020 where you get 15% off by flashing the passion card. Another tip is to use ocbc titanium to get 4mpd, and remember to get mynex rewards point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to shop for a pair of running shoes. Sales promoter Pingo is very knowleageable about their products. Even though I made it clear to him that I was not going to purchase anything on that day as I was waiting for the upcoming 11/11 sale, he still didn't mind taking out the shoes I wanted to try on from the storeroom, and patiently explained to me the specifications of those shoes, their differences, the materials etc. Definitely top notch customer service by Pingo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 18 July afternoon, we went to ASICS Nex to check out the Gel Kayano 28 shoes. We spent more than one hour in the shoes, trying out the standard, wide and super wide, at different sizes. However, the male shop assistant who was the only one attending to the shop was most patient and helpful with us, and did not show any signs of annoyance, and keep letting us try on the different size and shoe models. Even though eventually none of the shoes are ideal, the male shop assistant was still very polite about it. We forgot to ask his name but we really grateful for all his help and would like to give him a big thumbs up for his great service! Truly a pleasure being serviced by such good retail personnel. ??????
