β β β β β Astonβs price point is getting higher but if you choose the right item, itβs a pretty good deal. Service is not the best and expect a long wait. What I donβt like is having to queue and order at the entrance which takes forever.

β β β β β Steak for lunch with my girl, was heading to food court and passed by this restaurant. Ponder and went in. My girl was craving for steak and this couldn't be dabao as it won't taste great. Ordered sirloin steak with mushroom sauce, came with free side dishes. Mac and cheese and coleslaw were awesome. Ah girl ordered garlic bread and said is yummy. Friendly staff and helpful staff. Came after lunch crowd, it was the first day of eat out day though after heightened measures resume for dine in for 2.

β β β β β Nothing much can go wrong with a chicken order at Astons. Always love the quality they provide with the low prices charged, almost coffee shop prices in a comfortable restaurant setting.
Favourite choice: Double Up Chicken (Fiery + BBQ) along with pasta & potato salad. My go-to western place for sure, love that they have many outlets everywhere!

β β β β β The whole meat tasted bitter and we feedback to managers about it. We are not asking for the refund just a feedback only on the food. The manager are so agitated and replay rudely to us say I refund you all. We say no need to do a refund we only ask to feedback to the kitchens chefs. The manger reply this some more rδ½ δ»¬ζι±γWTH is this reply? I will not support n will not recommend to other this place not worth

Staff were polite.
Food was decent for this price point.
All in all, no complains.

β β β β β Nice good value steak and western food. Cordial atmosphere with great service. Food is good, the steak is nicely done. I also like the assortment of side dishes.

β β β β β First time been to this outlet , I would said the staffs are very friendly and orders of food are smooth and orderly. Very affordable price and the steak is very well cook. Will definitely come again.

β β β β β We had brunch.. our first time to this steak joint. Self-order. The food : steaks, chicken served with vegetables were quite good. The entree coleslaw and potato wedges were nice but can do with less salt. Steaks were perfectly cooked (medium rare).
Overall good food and reasonably priced. However, some staff can be courteous. Except for one who is okay.
