β β β β β Wang Cafe, please inform Foodpanda that their customer service is horrible. Problem like spilled coffee is common and I am not finding fault with you or the delivery service. But Foodpanda as a food service provider needs to take better care of their customers when issues like this inevitably happen. When issues like this was brought up to them, they decline to refund me because I have had other issues like this before. What kind of customer service is this? Whoever is your manager that works with Foodpanda, you need to let them know that they are making YOUR customers very unhappy.

β β β β β Good place to grab a quick breakfast as the place is generally not crowded early in the morning. Over the years, their menu have improved. The latest change noticed is their toast texture quality gotten better. The soft boiled eggs comes overcooked sometimes and I would ask for a new one. The staff don't smile at all, don't expect good customer service.

β β β β β Always love to la kopi & teh! So the drinks are really nice and worth the price. however the staffs have strange social distancing behaviour for the customer, on the seating arrangement. Donβt really understand the rationale but just cooperated. The staffs just trying to do their best to prevent us contact with another customer. Probably just need to advise them to talk nicely will do :)

β β β β β Like it here as they offer hot food, pastries, and local beverages. They also have interesting cold brew artisan tea in bottles. Lots of seats. Teh and kopi are quite consistent.

β β β β β The food for breakfast sets is generally good. The price is reasonable. However, a point deserving notice is that the attitude of one male counter 'service' staff is very poor, unfriendly and to certain extent, arrogant. When offering some suggestions/improvements to counter service, refused to listen and not willing to take customer's feedback. By the way, no customer queuing at that point of time.

β β β β β Hopelessly waited 15mins for the butter to melt. Toast is very dry and crispy but cold so that does little to help with melting the cold hard butter slabs. Why on earth Wangz Cafe think this is the kaya butter toast that their patrons would enjoy. Feeling nauseous now after having just a piece. Don't want to waste food but this is really inedible.

β β β β β Ordered the laksa and macaroni set. Both nice including the crispy toast. Teh si also nice got the smooth feel.

Do sign up for the membership (its actually a prepaid card concept) if you come often, as you can get up to 20% additional credits if you top up enough.
