The place is run by enthusiast and provide great service! Wei Rong was happy to share not just about telescopes but a little about the wonders of astronmy as well. He was able to recommend scopes based on our budget and use. He was also kind enough to show us how to setup the scope, which took about 20 min. We got the Celestron starexplorer 70mm. Good after sales service as well.

Visited the store twice with my wife to pick up our first high-powered telescope and the store did not disappoint. The store had a large variety of telescopes and accessories on offer, and Jeffrey and Wei Rong were extremely patient and helpful in setting us up with our new device. Aftersales support is also great - they are very responsive and provide some helpful tips. Highly recommend!

I am so glad to see the reviews & the experiences of the customers here. I had a similar experience when I purchased a 11" CELESTRON telescope with mount & other accessories in 2009.I think it was Mr. Albert himself who educated me on this purchase for almost an hour before making the high value purchase decision. My budget tripled but I never regretted my investment & had great moments of observation during these years & continue to do so.

This place is definitely not the place you are looking for if you are finding heavy discounts, however if you want to come and chat, get advice on your first scope, and other enthusiast enquiries, definitely pay this place a visit. Ask detailed questions to get any misconceptions out of the way, the storeowners are extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and realistic with what gear you should buy. General tip as a second-time beginner, do not buy the most basic telescope for yourself or someone else (sub-$300), get something of more quality (around-$450+), the lenses, tripod, and other accessories that come with that will definitely be better and won't kill interest in the world of astronomy. Ask about the eyepiece lenses and tripods that come with telescopes at different price ranges, get a feel for what you are paying your hard-earned cash for. Will always keep coming back to this place for my astronomy needs, or just to chat. Thank you for always being here Astro uncle and aunty :)

This place is great! It's got everything you need and comes with amazing service. One of the employees (Weirong I think is his name) told me everything I needed to know as a newbie to this hobby. I settled on the telescope, and he explained how to mount it, took a good 2h out of his day to open it, mount it, and put it back in the box and didn't hesitate to give me his number in case I needed any help with it. Will come back again

Went down to get a new telescope yesterday and was served by Weirong, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He spent about 3 hours giving me tips on which telescope to get and teaching me how to get the best out of the telescope I had chosen. He also gave me his number to contact him if I have any issues regarding the telescope. Thanks for the excellent service! ??
