β β β β β Bought Zenbook UX425 in Nov 2021, since day 1 have problems with the sound/earpiece. There is no ear piece jack, it uses a type C to audio dongle. and the laptop does not detect the dongle after using for a while. Change the dongle, brought back laptop to Asus, they changed the motherboard, SSD, but the problem persist. They still have no clue what is the issue. Back and forth on this issue for last 4 -5 months since purchase and its not resolved. Its forever not able to talk to someone, its a generic hotline and they put you on hold forever. Not recommended to buy Asus, if the product have problems, the service center or technical support is terrible. If you really want to get an Asus, pray hard there are no issues. Will not buy an Asus again!! First and last Asus !!

Send the laptop for repair the second time, it was sent back to me with the same issue after a week. Send the laptop for repair for a 3rd time. The laptop is in the repair center for 5 weeks now and they have NO solution to the problem and ask me to wait for some team. Cannot give me a definitive time when the unit can be repaired. Has the cheek to offer to send the unit back to me while they research on what to do with this. Have to chase them non-stop few times a week for an update. They don't really care for after sales service. There is no proper process and it has been pushing around among their teams. No ownership and no responsibility and no pride in Asus repair /products. Basically just sitting on it. This is utterly ridiculous. The whole experience is really very unpleasant!!

β β β β β no star review for Asus Service Centre. Bring in my Asus UX510 laptop for power can't on check. After 2 days, they reply and said that main Motherboard faulty. Replace cost $1780. I don't believe what they said. (I pay a $64 for their checking cost) Bring the laptop to a shop at Blk 269 Queen St to check. In the end after change the keyboard for $120, it works well now. 5 stars review goes to BreakFixNow.

β β β β β I had a pretty pleasant experience with Asus service team. My workhorse Vivobook has a halo ring on the lcd screen, unstable WiFi connection, and a cranky USB port. Did a warranty claim, servicing is as usual, estimated 5 working days subject to parts availability. Customer Service Agent John did a great job! Thanks

β β β β β Not as bad as I thought from the ratings - they definitely had no idea when they themselves getting things fixed. My laptop wasnt done by Friday afternoon and part was expected to arrive the next Tuesday. Saturday afternoon received a text that repair was done. How??? No idea. But behaviour was good and my laptop got fixed. So am happy.

β β β β β I used to adore Asus in every possible way, products, quality, support; now Asus has gone down to bits. No help, no quality, things falling off the keyboard just fell apart after one month of operation, and I don't even use the internal keyboard. I been at the service centre twice, and they don't care or bother to fix a minimal issue. sadly its my work laptop and i am very happy I purchased Acer for my private usage

β β β β β Was served by Rani, an extremely pleasant and friendly lady who went the extra mile by helping me to reseat my battery. Even though my laptop still can't be switched on, I'm touched that she acceded to my request despite being busy.
Rani also served me 2 years ago and I had the same positive experience. Not sure if I gave her a review previously so I'm doing it now. Thank you Rani for being so helpful :)
