β β β β β Training with ATP and Coach Charis has been a life-changing experience!
I've tried personal training a long time ago, and didn't like it. I was always aching after those sessions, and I didn't think the trainer understood my goals. With Charis, she immediately got why I was trying to lose excess body fat to run faster. Best of all, I don't feel those dreaded aches, even after a gruelling session with her.
Since working with Charis, I've dropped a dress size, lost 10% body fat and have seen improvements with my health goals. Before I joined, I couldn't run 5 km without stopping and my pace was 6'55/km. I'm back to running 8-10 km now at 4'55/km. My max heart rate while running has decreased from 195-199 bpm to 165-170 bpm without heart zone training.
Charis is patient, non-judgemental and listens to how I'm feeling. She tweaks the programme if I have a running injury/can't follow due to my bad motor skills. She constantly encourages me to push beyond my limits. I never knew I could hip thrust 70 kg or push 100 kg on a sled. I've never attempted all that until I joined ATP. I also respect that Charis walks the talk and is dedicated with her own fitness and nutrition regime. It does in a small way, motivates me to stick with my nutrition plan, knowing the key to getting fitter and stronger is truly consistency beyond our time at the gym.
There is a very strong sense of teamwork at ATP. When my coach was down with Covid for a week, I was notified and assigned a temporary coach so that there will be no disruptions with my programme. I really appreciated that they thought about these details.
I also like that the people you see on their marketing collateral are actual paying clients you see at the gym, rather than paid models.
I would highly recommend ATP to anyone hoping to get stronger and leaner. I used to think I knew enough about being healthy, but I was definitely misguided, which was why I never saw the results. ATP has taught me invaluable knowledge, that is based on data and science, on how to eat and work out properly to achieve my health and fitness goals. It takes a lot of discipline to stick to the lifestyle modification, but you have the best team behind you, guiding you along the way!

Zach is incredibly friendly and down to earth. He has taught me a number of tricks and new techniques to exercises that have made a HUGE difference !! Zach has broken down a diet to help me achieve my fitness goals whilst allowing me to balance it with work obligations.
Anyone looking to transform their overall health & physical goals, I highly recommend getting in touch with Zach & ATP !!!

β β β β β Tiffany has been an excellent Personal Trainer all through my fitness journey with her. She has shown me the proper form during exercises and make me stronger. She made me lift weights heavier than I could ever do on my own and I succeeded! My body has transformed with fat loss and gained muscle. She is approachable and friendly. β β β β β Training with JQ is great. He is a really positive PT and he mixes things up regularly and keeps me really motivated. He is very knowledgable about both nutrition and exercise and I really enjoy our training sessions. I have been going to ATP for about 6 months and will definitely keep going.

β β β β β I've been training with coach Charis for around two months and she is by far the best personal trainers I've ever had!
Coach Charis is very friendly, encouraging and fun to train with! I especially appreciate how she enables her clients to be very honest and transparent with her without any judgement. I've seen significant improvement in my strength pretty quickly. I also love that mobility is such an important part of the training, which has helped me manage my lower back pain. It has been a very holistic approach - including helping me with my vegan diet and day to day activity (not just the training in the gym). Highly recommend her to anyone who wants to transform their overall health and physical fitness !!! :)

β β β β β Training with ATP & Coach Michelle had so far been a great and enjoyable experience. I see results just within a short period!
Michelle is patient and dedicated, with her guidance and encouragement I have had great success losing body fat and had dropped about 3 inches off my waistline within just a short 6 weeks, which I never thought possible. She pushes me to challenge my limits and I have since improved significantly in strength and fitness. I donβt just look better but I feel great too!
I highly recommend ATP & Coach Michelle.

β β β β β Before joining ATP I was un-informed about gym workouts and didn't believe in it the gym or protein shakes. That all changed once I started with Coach Angelica at ATP. It has been a fun and enjoyable journey with her. She really takes time to explain and invest in enlightening and giving me the proper directions, form and instructions to be on the right path to my goal for weight loss and toning. The gym sessions are filled with lots of laughter and awesome vibes to make it really enjoyable. Honestly I always look forward to gym as I feel that each session makes me feel more alive and on the path to reaching my fitness goal..Cheers!
