1 star for good ambience, 1 star for good service, 1 for average food We were given a seat at the pods, which was really nice as we had privacy and it was conducive for chatting. Service staff were polite. But the good experience ended when the savoury food came. Although we were early, all the food tasted like they had been left out for a while - they were all cold and hard. Frankly, almost like those catering buffet food. The sweets were slightly better as they were nicely presented and had cute xmas decorations on them. Other than the scones that were warm and crispy, pretty much everything else couldn’t meet the mark. We decided to just ignore the lousy food and focus on our conversation instead. But with the non-refillable drinks, we couldn’t enjoy our conversation for long either. As another reviewer mentioned... It’s just a packet of tea. We are paying like $50 for a few bites, surely they could offer more tea for that? Overall a disappointing experience and not recommended as a high tea place. Probably alright for a coffee or business meeting.

Christmas afternoon tea at Atrium. We loved the pods on water, different ambience from regular hotels. Serves bacha coffee in particular which may not be to everyone's preference

I had the Christmas afternoon tea. The food - sweet, savoury, and scones are non-refillable. The serving size was big enough and it was satisfying. The sweets were tasty. They offered TWG tea bags and Bacha Coffee. My gripe is they only offer one serving of coffee or tea. It is totally unsatisfactory for me. I am a tea-drinker. I find Pan Pacific immensely stingy. I suggest Pan Pacific not to be stingy and gained a unsatisfied in me. They should offer two choices of drinks. As the place is big, the staffs were inattentive. I walked up to the staffs twice to request to top up hot water. For my first request to top up hot tea, the temperature of hot water was not hit enough. On my second request to top up hot tea, had to approach the staffs to remind them. After steeping you the TWG tea bag the second time, the tea no longer tasted like TWG tea. I went for the afternoon tea at the Landing Point at Fullerton Bay Hotel and the atrium of Fullerton Hotel and they offered free flow of hot and cold beverages which I was highly satisfied.

had ala carte and high tea . it is quite hard to get the attn of staffs sitting in the pods, a bell to get the attn of the staffs would help greatly. the ala carte items tasted better than the high tea.

Booked the afternoon for 2 from Klook for better value. Redemption was easy as well. The afternoon tea was well thought of, displayed in a tiered stand with the same design as the Atrium pods. Food and service was impeccable as well. Can select 2 beverages from Baccha coffee ans TWG tea. Make sure you indicate in the reservation that the pod us preferred!

The current Japanese theme high tea set is definitely not worth the price. The savouries didn't seem fresh. The sweets are average. It was quite disappointing for the price point. There are definitely better more valued high teas elsewhere.

Had a high tea in March. Although not very impressive with the hi tea set but service was top notch and price was affordable. The portion are still filling and nice to eat. Just that it doesn't have a unique food that attract me. My friend accidentally ordered a coffee which was damn bitter (wanna try something different ma) so we ask for more sugar, creamer, milk and nothing works. Finally we ask if we could change the drink and they gladly did it. Should have just ask in the first place so their staff no need to come to our table every 15 mins ? We went on a sat and it was not crowded at all. I love the comfy chairs and is great to chill there and have a chat with friends.

After our lunch at Keyaki level 4. We went down to ground floor for our afternoon tea at Atrium. We didn’t make any reservation and just walk-in. Luckily we have a table. Foods are delicious. The cranberry frizz was cold and refreshing. We enjoyed ourselves.
