โ โ โ โ โ Was told by friend THM having promo so decide to support. Had order few promotion items & their famous chia Siew bun. I though I saw wrongly, till I saw another post mentioned the portion on promotional item is too little. I guess this is HK style business model, promo price with promo portion= pathetic portion?! Both portion of dry wanton noodle & chicken,cordycep flower, mushroom w rice is too little!! Suggest THW Mgt need to look into this to gain back the customer support!

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the Citylink Tim Ho Wan on Saturday 2/10/2021. I would like to give a huge shout-out to Richard (Supervisor), Jackson, and Siem Hom. They are very attentive, and active on the floor. They never allowed our Pu ER tea cups to empty, they are always standing up, keeping a look out, and always ready to refill. One of the staff missed out our fried rice order which we only realized when the rest of the food have arrived. However, Siem Hom and Richard were fast to rectify the order and the plate of XO sacue fried rice was Infront of us in the nx 5mins!! We were expecting it to take longer, but nope...it was extremely fast! Highly recommend this outlet as the service is top notch. We can see a strong team spirit!! ๅ ๆฒน๏ผ๏ผโบ๏ธโบ๏ธโบ๏ธ??

โ โ โ โ โ This is the second time I had Tim Ho Wan since years ago. Ordered quite a lot of dishes and I really like the noodles of the wanton mee and the fried yam balls. The rest were pretty average. I remembered the char siu puns were tastier the last time I had them years ago so it was quite underwhelming when I had them this time round. Overall an average dining experience with friendly and attentive staffs.

โ โ โ โ โ The waitress in the picture serve well their customer, those who ordered first will get last. There are two groups who came 10mins later than me, who are also ordered same food like me, already get her food. The waitress' opinion was all people are came together, so served together. I don't know how this restaurant service work, will definitely not coming back to this one.
Furthermore, I notice the bun is shrink in size, so mini.

โ โ โ โ โ Food service was a tad slow despite having a few diners at 5.30pm. It took more than 10 minutes before the famous stocking tea (warm) was served., although I had the cold version. Obviously one of which was forgotten ! Quality of food had not changed much thankfully, despite Covid conditions.

โ โ โ โ โ It's the very 1st time that I visited this outlet. The brand name to me is overated but I agree that the dim sum is good and tasty. Being that the weekend crowds are large and they are understaffed both in front and kitchen some of the dished came out under steamed but still tasty. The service was fast and friendly. I suggest if you want try this place come on weekdays when they have abit more time to prepare and heat the food thoroughly. Unfortunately the worst happened when we were leaving when the cashier was so very rude . To me I will not visit any of these outlets again
