The Parking Initiative: MSCP but height limit is 2.0m.
Deliveries: 3 LUBs available. Avoid peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super convenient location just across Aljunied mrt. Ample carpark and nice building. I am a customer of the licensed moneylender (I-Credit) on the 5th floor. Always find it very easy to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So easy to find. Just alight from Ajunied MRT station, walk for 2 minutes, go across the road using the overhead bridge, and you see the building slightly on your right side.
