Don’t find this company for Reno, they don’t know the rule and regulation. Make me complete my Reno and have to remove it.

My Reno was late for more than 2 weeks. Design quality so so . One year later, the tiilng cracked and I had asked the designer for warranty. Reply was mgt said tiling cracked not under warranty. This is really bad service from start to end :-(

Lousy company and poor service. Lousy people running the business always invading into privacy of many new condominiums by setting up Facebook groups for various properties as ‘owner’s group’ using fake profile Rachel Tan and the owner Chiong Yong San! My 3 properties group all discovered their nonsense. After discovered, they remove n block real owners. Switch identities in other groups to avoid legal suit. Stop your nonsense! You are being watched!

Buzz had been helpful and responsive. During this Covid period, delays were unavoidable and I could see he tried his best to make everything worked.

Earlier in the year, we got the keys to our 20 year old unit during the Circuit Breaker period. Due to the CB restrictions, we could not start our renovations. At that time, we were staying in a place which we rented. We were caught in a very difficult situation when the landlord refused to extend our lease, and BCA did not allow us to begin our renovations. She was very understanding and did all the necessary designing and planning so that we can commence work when the situation permits. Her resourcefulness is simply amazing in a COVID19 environment where everyone else could not find sufficient workers. SW also creatively assimilated her designs with our requirements, while ensuring the practical daily usage considerations were met. Her constant updates on the progress of the project were also very reassuring. All in all, we were very glad that SW was our ID for this project. Being a first time BTO couple owner, we wanted an ID who is reliable and knowledgeable with experience, especially after reading a long list of horror stories with other IDs firm. They are one of our many shortlisted interior designer firms. Ultimately, we have decided to engage Inzz Studio after much consideration due to reasonable quotation, design practicality and the good chemistry we had during the first meeting. Buzz, is the ID who is assigned to our project and the renovation is completed in 3 months. He is passionate and patient throughout the entire process. We appreciate him for being very open with us after proposing our design requirements and expectations.
