Terrible experience with my first order during CNY this year. Only 2/3 items came and received a reply 3 days after my emails and texts. They promised to look into it but I haven't heard a proper update from them to date.

Had an amazing experience with Aunty Hong! I ordered CNY goods from them for CNY gifting and they were super efficient. Solid service, packaging and quality snacks!

I really enjoyed myself so much with all the CNY goodies Aunty Hong has prepared! Came across their post on instagram and got me reminder on the pre-CNY preparation period I spent with my family back in Malaysia hence decided to place an order to give it a try. However, I didn't place much expectations in it since I never had as-it-claims experience when businesses said that they have adopted similar baking process to the Kampung style. Very much to my surprise, it tasted exactly what they claim. Even my brothers who are picky eater about traditional snacks claimed that it tasted exactly how our ah ma one tasted like! The humble people in Aunty Hong are also very accommodating and down-to-earth. One of my order went out of stock, but they have managed to send their apologies and advised me with what other goodies are available for me to make a switch. Really admire and love their warmth touch towards their product and services, & their packaging is hella sleek!! I even kept the boxes for storage purposes :3
