Salon was recommended by a friend. I got a hair cut and hair scalp treatment. Was really happy with the hair cut and treatment. Scalp haven't felt so clean for a long time. Service was great and value for money as well! Totally recommend :)

Staff is friendly and service is good, very delicate with my hair. However the styling effect is unfortunately not what I wanted. I probably prefer a more Korean natural style. Also the cost charged for wash and blow to me is at the highest tier $24 when I have shoulder length hair.

Excellent service and experience. Ashley was very detailed and focused in getting the every bit of my hair right, even taking into account how I usually wear my hair (I.e. tucked behind my ears) to get decide on a suitable length to chop my fringe. It was super tedious to get my 6 months worth of untouched long messy mane into any decent looking long bob. Which she did very patiently, with a way more-than-decent outcome. Am very pleased with the splendid work done and will definitely be a returning customer.

Did a cut, root touch-up and scalp treatment. Ashley is meticulous in her cut, super gentle while colouring (my colouring experiences in other salons are subjected to tugs and pulls at my hair). She is genuinely concern with what works best for your hair and scalp. There’s zero hard sell, do call for an appointment as they are always fully booked. Ashley & team, thank you!

Ben plays close attention to the detail. He is open about his recommendations and thoughts about what will and won’t work for me. I am never in doubt of what he says and I always come out of the salon deeply satisfied with the haircut The price is very reasonable for the quality of the haircut and experience. My hair was a mess previously, from a dye job gone bad. Ashley saved me, and gave me what I wanted. I like how she's honest about the situation and did her best to help me, and I like it even more than she actually succeeded. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every cent.

Nice comfortable place to have hair cut, their bib thing is fancy with a waterproof transparent circle where you can use your phone, but science is real and so is reflection so it was hard to use the phone in the end also ? hairstylist not chatty which I like, and little details like when he dropped the comb he will rinse it before using on my hair again which is like good basic hygiene that not all salons have. The only thing (or two actually) I will say is that 1) like many others mentioned, price is pretty steep for a salon in this neighbourhood. I should have asked for the price before the cut. 2) I made a comment about how straight my hair is (it looks like it’s rebonded) after cutting the curls away, he said it’s because he blow-dried it just now. After I came home and ponder for a few days, I remembered when I was curling my hair last year, the stylist actually really rebonded the top part and stop right above the curls. Then I thought any stylist should have this basic knowledge and perhaps tell me that? I was about to curl my hair again because of this, and I hope it’s not because they don’t wanna miss on this business opportunity that he left that out. Overall okay-ish I guess, there’s good and bad.

Had a cut and wash with Edward last Saturday! This is my first time to Aura hair salon, decided to try it out as it was so convenient and have plenty of good reviews. The hair wash was great, I almost fell asleep, haha! Edward had a chat with me and understood what I want for my hair and able to exceed my expectations! I strongly recommend going to him as he is meticulous and sincere. I like this salon as they do not hardsell their services and products to their customers.
