★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service , my parents wanted to cut hair and a staff ask them to sit down while she prepare and not long ltr came a lady customer who alrde make an appointment the lady straight away ignore my parents and attend to that customer .
If the staff have a customer that have made appointment she should tell us straight away instead of making us wait , strictly don’t recommend if you are a walk in customer who wants to cut hair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price and good service. Only thing is waiting time can be as long as 1 hour even when u made appt. They can be slow when gets busy. Almost sat there half a day just to do rebonding and dye hair ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It really depends on which stylist you are going to have your haircut with. If you go there, you must ask for Judy. She is an absolute professional and her precision is second to none. She knows exactly how to approach you and what to do with your hair. Beware though! She is very busy and even if you book an advance appointment with her, she might still not be available and you might need to wait for up to an hour!

They do put in the time and effort to ensure that you get the cut you’ll want!
You may call in advance to book an appointment, but occasionally do expect to wait for a little while till they’re done with another person’s head
