★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially skeptical about holding online piano lessons, due to COVID-19. However, Teacher Charissa was still able to teach Sophie via video conferencing; Sophie continues to participate well and we have gone into learning exam pieces ? Thank you Teacher Charissa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very skeptical to enroll in this school but finally made a decision to enroll due to the good impression they made when i walked in. However, they failed to deliver a good service. The teacher failed to send me the video lessons that she have promise and I have waited for weeks and did not even care to inform that I have nothing to wait. Moreover, Jenie the receptionist is not capable of communication. She is proud and dont even apologise for the mistake she has done with the booking of my lessons. After confirming my lesson and agreed on it, it turned out that it was not well communicated. So the teacher was clueless when i came down the next day. I felt very dissapointed and would like a refund for the remaining lessons and deposit
