★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than bedok85 ones but not as good as 58 minced mee. Though lacking punch, it has the right components of good soupy bachormee!
I won't recommend dumpling as there's little meat.

First time have fried wantons. Freshly fried to order and very crispy, sweet mayo sauce provides a great dip.
BTW, his other outlet has moved to New Trend Eating House at Blk 120 Potong Pasir Ave 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plan to eat Billions Bowl but closed on Tuesday. So try the Minced meat noodle (Soup) next stall . It caught surprises where it was good. Noodle was not over cooked and clear broth top up with thin layered of minced pork. My grandma-in-law loves it. Photo attached describes how tasty it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really like the dumplings & the soup base. Noodles was al dente but still has a bit of ghee taste. This is a branch of the original 5th generation stall in Eunos.
I believe they have quite a few other outlets too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 1030am ordered, a soup , a dry and a dumpling soup. It's far from original 511... they had every ingredients like 511 but the combination is just not right.
From the soup, the noodles and minced pork, all lacking... not sure if its the skills or the art that's missing.
Well, at least 511 still around. I think that's the problem with having me than one outlet. This will be the first and last time here.

Components are all right, its no wonder they are able to have a long history.
Noodles are well cooked, QQ.
Meatballs and the extra big meatball is good as well.
Soup is well flavored with pork lard and garlic, minced meat are also generous in the soup.
Wanton is well filled and skin is thin.
Very value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Soup is good!! Same goes for the flat fish flavoured meat dumplings.
Downside, Vietnamese helpers at the stall needs more training. They have killed the noodle by overcooking it.
Will love having more pork lard and oil in my next future bowl.
