FOR ALL POSSIBILITY STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. THEY ARE NO EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELD AND EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!!!!!! The Details: I had purchase a sound system from a carouseller and was recommended by him that they could probably assist to install the sound system, me being a noob who had never had any experience i expect some good solutions. 1. when i was at the shop the attitude given was "why you come bother me?" then subsequently they got into the job and then they realised that the system could not be turned on and challenged me saying why did i not test before buying... then after they dismantle my original head unit, one of the technicians mentioned that my antenna had issue need to change... and of course i allowed them to change since they are in this business, after they had fix it and say that "see its better" but just after 30 mins i left the shop, my FM receiver (factory original) had all sorts of buzzing sounds and my favourite channel could no longer be used. THE HORROR DETAILS : THE HORROR (PLEASE READ) and then when i reach my home, i realised MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT IS SPOILT ORIGINALLY IT WAS IN GREAT CONDITION AND I HAD JUST USED IT IN THE MORNING, AND TO MY HORROR THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO PROPERLY SNAP MY DASHBOARD BACK (IT WAS AT THE PASSENGER SIDE I DIDN'T CHECK SINCE I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT!!!) NEVER BELIEVE IN THE GOOGLE REVIEW AND SGCARMART REVIEW IT WAS TOTALLY BAD!!!!!

Rubbish, totally rubbish. I visited the shop to inspect onboard camera whether itself malfunction or some wiring disconnect. Then found out the camera is broken, and I decided to not buy some used ones to replace due to higher price they charge. Then the shop staff became disdainfully to treat customer as they been rejected. The shop owner is stingy and lacking common sense to treat client. Not recommend this shop if you need bad mood.

The staff is not familiar on explaining on the function of the headunit, and the way the staff branded the product to be very good, but after purchasing and installing to the car most of the functions is not compatible and doesn’t cater to my needs. However they are willing to replace to a different brand of headunit, after going through with them. Staff Need to improve more on communication skills and listen to the customer needs, instead of wasting the customer’s time.

Had the bad luck of having my car Aircon down recently, was recommended here by a friend of mine, stating good service and transparency in their work. Being a doubtful person myself, I went forward while keeping my skepticism on high. Boy was I wrong. Ah Bing and also Ah Chuan (sorry bro, If I got your name wrong) were professional and assessed my Aircon situation quickly. While they were at it, they also offered me a good deal on both the Aircon repair(my compressor had problems, duly replaced at a reasonable price) and a brand new audio system. Was surprised at this gem of a shop and how friendly and good their prices are. Definitely a rare find. 10/10 Would recommend!

Had a good experience with them. They explained the details well to me when deciding which dash cam to choose. Installation very fast and perfect workmanship. I changed my windscreen at another workshop after installing the dashcam and the workshop used an ugly mounting tape to stick back the dashcam. Went back to Auto Acoustic and the technician happily helped me change the mounting tape and hid all the wiring nicely without charge and no questions asked. The technician had good service with a smile and works fast.

best accessory shop around! bought my car recently, went to this shop recommended by a friend. they had everything i need, at a very good price! everything was done up so nicely and working in perfect condition! even after the session, i had troubles understanding how to use the car cam, and went back to look for them, customer service was still top notch, unlike many other stores out there! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR ALL CAR USERS LOOKING FOR AN UPGRADE IN ACCESSORIES !
