★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their brightest smiles would be during sales and purchase. Following which, after-sales enquiries would not be entertained and any problems with your dash-cam would not be solved. Brand is good but not the company and staff. Recommended to avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very frustrating talking to a sales rep called John, told him I am giving my thinkware dash cam to another person, and he said his company needs both parties to go down personally to office to do the transfer to continue the thinkware warranty.....what kind of stupid policy is that ? what equipment in market need transfer of ownership to continue warranty ?

Came here to troubleshoot a problem with the Thinkware dash cam and left a satisfied customer 30mins later.
Lexus patiently listened to my issues and took me through step by step on how to resolve them.
They have other car related products and services as well like car mats and solar films.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Thinkware X500 back in Dec 2014 and it has lasted more than five years, two cars and three accidents.
Yes, it's that good that I removed the X500 from my old car and installed it into my new one in end 2018.
The X500 recently gave me problems in terms of intermittant restarting (due to a loose cable). When I went to ZMC for help, they were responsive and helpful. They diagnosed a suspected loose rear camera socket and offered for me to purchase a replacement rear camera which I declined.
Eventually, I installed a Thinkware F770 which I bought second hand from a friend. I asked for them to do the installation and ZMC folks did it well. The service representative, Xiao Wen, was also patient and kind through out the process. From diagnosis to explaining the F770 works via the Android app, she was detailed.
I appreciate such service despite being a customer from five years ago. I am also glad ZMC has gone from strength to strength to expand into Solar Film and audio works. Well done ZMC and keep the good service up.
