★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on 3 Mar 2021 to install Kenwood DMX5020S on my brand new Altis. The boss Mr Heng is patient and he explained what each model is about. He is not pushy at all and puts me at ease. The mechanic who did the installation is extremely good and he even figured out how to connect the set with my existing reverse camera. A week later I had issues with the Bluetooth connection and Mr Heng promptly arranged for me to go to the agent to update the software. It works perfectly fine now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got tot know them through Carrousel. Went to get my rear car camera replaced. A few months later , had an issue with my Cigarette lighter port and went back to them to get it fixed within 20mins. A honest and knowledgeable team who gave professional advice and straight to the point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to know Auto Edition from Carousell. Went there to install reverse camera.
Since already there, took up Audio package to spice up the sound system.
Great service & courteous.
Few days later, some rattling on the dash board. Drove back to AE, thought will spend sometime to diagnose the problem but within seconds, the staff found the issue of panel not sticking properly.
Impressed, they really know how to find the problem.
3 minutes later, good as new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good stuff, and friendly staff but they didnt take care of my car when installing items.
Hard plastic parts were placed on dashboard of my brand new car. One person was sitting on my new seat sideways until theres a visible crease now.
Had to ask him to sit inside fully and close the door.
Should place mats if they want to put parts inside customer’s car.
Update: They have contacted me to offer to fix the seat.

Asked around a few shop for the same set of headunit, auto edition provides the cheapest and most transparent rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was impressed by my friends’ Rebec Audio speakers & DSP amplifier with Auto Edition (more affordable than my branded setup).
From their FB page, I see that quite a number of cars upgraded to Rebec Car Audio with them. Changed my car recently and decided to confidently visit Auto Edition. Manager (Ah Xiang) is nice, attentive and recommended me the suitable setup for my Toyota Estima, according to my needs & wallet (tight budget about $2k).
Results was excellent & better than my friends one (cuz of spending slightly more $$). Produces amazing details and vocals from the love songs.
Highly recommended ????. Excellent workmanship & service by Ah Xiang and the team.
