Despite being his first day of work after the CNY break, he was able to allocate some time to diagnose the problem with my gate. He was very patient and professional and took pains to answer my questions on the possible solutions. Edmund Teo responded promptly by coming to my place the next day without requesting any payment confirmation. He was very detailed and patient in explaining the problems and the various solutions to fix them. He did not pressure or rush me into making a decision, for which I am thankful. As I was not prepared to go for the recommended solution of changing the whole motor, he was willing to try and fix the problems by just changing some parts. All in all, he patiently spent almost 3 hours to inspect, diagnose, explain and fix the problems. The autogate is working well now. Thank you Edmund.

Edmund from Autogate responded to my SOS and came to investigate the cause. Extremely polite and professional, he made several suggestions to solve the issue. He did not hasten me to make immediate decision. Instead, he tried to salvage the motor which unfortunately was simply beyond repair. Finally, he installed a motor for me, sprayed paint on the rusty base plates and handles below the gates; and presto they looked as good as new. Many thanks to Edmund from Autogate. Trustworthy, truly knowledgeable and skilful. Highly recommended. Will certainly use his service again if need arises in future.
