Yan Fen is very helpful, understanding and professional during her consult for my dad in our home. We can feel her sincerity in wanting to help us achieve our goal for my dad who has stroke and dementia, and is very grateful for her support. Also very encouraging and provides useful caregiving advice. Highly recommended!

Yan Fen was professional and knowledgeable throughout the sessions. She provided physical and moral support to my mother, identifying relevant areas she needed to work on, what she needed to work less and giving her the necessary encouragement to keep at it. I’d give her 6 stars if Google provided the option.

Yan Fen has been and continues to be my 86-year old mother’s physiotherapist since her discharge from hospital in mid February 2022. My mother fell and fractured her left leg. Yan Fen interacts with my mother and motivates her to do the exercises during the session. My mother looks forward to Yan Fen’s physiotherapy sessions and does all the homework given to her. In addition to being a very skilled physiotherapist, Yan Fen has a knack for managing and motivating the elderly. It takes a special kind of person to be able to motivate an elderly person who is constantly frustrated with an injury that it has prevented her from walking as much as she wants. I would like to sincerely thank and give my excellent review for Yan Fen's repeated home physiotherapy sessions from Uplift Rehab. Having just gone thru an extremely eventful but successful meningioma removal from my brain and spending close to 20 days in hospital on bed rest, I've lost quite a lot of muscle mass and needed help to build my strength and reconnect my body and brain. I also had extremely poor balance and was indeed a "fall-risk". I needed a to engage an excellent physiotherapist who could conduct sessions at the safety and comforts of my home. Yan Fen' just happened to be the perfect physiotherapist that I needed. Backed by her vast intensive years of experience with working with neuro patients (and many others as well) at the hospital, Yan Fen brings her professional, warm and friendly approach in her service that will not only help encourage you on your road to recovery, but also challenge you positively along the way. She's also a great listener and one would be enriched with her opinions from her vast experiences too. I believe that I would not have improved so quickly without her guidance and constant checks through text messages. Yan Fen is such a God-sent and I sincerely hope that there would be many others out there would would also benefit from her physiotherapy sessions. Yan Fen was highly recommended by my insurance agent to me when I was looking around for a physiotherapist after discharging from hospital for stroke case. She’s such an awesome, skillful, professional & caring therapist that always able to advise, encourage me throughout this 5 weeks of therapy session. When I’m depressed or have a panic attack, she will made effort to check on me several times just to ensure that I’m coping well.
