Installed a pair of entry level components speaker with tweeter Esatto MS-S62 (Italy brand) using my original pioneer head unit 225BT amp on my Honda shuttle without subwoofer. Out of my expectation, it really sound like those speaker system > $1K with good vocal and mid range bass. Highly recommended.

Purchased Helix speakers and did soundproofing from Auto Image. Did my previous car here and now a returning customer. Ted was patient enough to explain to me his different types of soundproofing material and brand. Although I'm not one of his customers who purchased the high end sound system, the service and attitude to me is still the same as the rest. No hard selling of their product. Workmanship (Ah Le) is good too. Car is done up in the air con shop. There are seats for you. Business is real great for this shop. Best to call in for appointment before heading down. Visited Autoimage and Ted was there to let me try out and feel their Esatto Product. After trying many songs, i decided to try out at other shops but in the end, i decided to get the Esatto Corrado CO-S62 Component speakers and tweeters, Rispetto RO-PS69 sub-woofer, Corrado CO-D6 DSP and later on upgraded to the Passione Argento AT-D6 DSP from Autoimage. The final sound effect was amazing for my small car (Honda FIT) Firstly the bluetooth connection can totally bypass my head unit and play using my iphone or android phone without any interruption. Vocal, instruments, bass were amazing and consistent through out from the speakers and tweeters. if i want to use my head unit to play, it is still possible as the DSP is also connected to the head unit. the outcome is also fantastic. i was able to get high quality songs burn into CD and play on it. I can also connect my phone using iphone cable to the head unit and play as well. The sub-woofer which i was worry about the size and whether it can be fitted below my driver seat was quickly diminished as Ted and his staffs show me how it is fitted nicely. Sub-woofer also pack a punch for its size is really good for small cars. Lastly, Ted and his team were able to meet my budget and installation was done in less than half a day and he updated me when it was ready for collection. Great service throughout. Go with an open mind and Ted's advice is worth every $. Be flexible with budget but you will like $ spend. Staff is professional and know their stuff. My XV is elevated to XO (sound perspective)!!

Great service from the staff there. They know what they're doing, and they're running an honest business here. Proper audio installers. Not just a bunch of salesmen trying to make you part with all your savings. They have demo setups for their equipment, allowing you to make side by side comparisons of the components you want, before committing to anything. Apart from sound installs, they install dash cameras, do interior lighting and install sound insulation, among other work. Great place to get your car audio system upgraded professionally.

The boss Ted is very friendly and knowledgeable of his trade. He does not over sell, just enough to get u going within your budget. The workmanship is superb and detailed. A go to place for your car's audio and security installation.

As a first timer in vehicle audio system upgrade, we were unsure of which workshop to go to and numerous stories of bad experiences made us even more apprehensive. After reading online reviews across various platforms, we decided to visit AutoImage, and that proved to be the right decision, as the whole experience from product introduction to installation to completion was excellent! After hearing our requirements, boss Ted quickly identified the suitable products within our budget. When he gave us the quotation, it was straightforward and upfront, with no hidden charges. This essentially means they do not attempt to lower their selling price to attract customers, only to add other charges later on. There is more than enough gleaming testimony for boss Ted and his team, but we would like to highlight an extraordinary experience we had. Ted estimated the installation process will take about 4 to 5 hours. Although we had a delivery job in the evening, there was more than enough time so we agreed to proceed. However, their team found out later that our vehicle door was too thin and the new Esatto component speakers will block the glass window if installed. Although they could have just installed the speakers and inform us that we can't wind down the windows anymore, Ted and his team went the extra mile to create a wooden housing to push the component speakers out a little to give enough clearance for the glass windows to be wound down. But this means they needed more time (and cost). Boss Ted graciously lent us his car so that we could accomplish our evening delivery. By the time we returned to the workshop, our vehicle was ready, fully cleaned, with an impressive set of audio system in place. We were not charged a single cent for the additional workmanship (for the wooden housing) and the use of the replacement vehicle. When handing over, the team vacuumed our vehicle interior to make sure it is clean. No rubbish was left behind, and our old head unit and speakers were nicely packed into a box. Not only is boss Ted a humble, patient and down-to-earth person, he has exceptional product knowledge and a wealth of experience in the trade, and he doesn't abuse that experience to take advantage of noob customers like us. Ted and his team of dedicated specialists take great pride in their job. They pay attention to details and maintain very high standards including cleanliness. They wouldn't hand over something which they are not satisfied with to their customer. Their professionalism, sincerity, philosophy of putting customer's interest first, and overall quality of customer service sets them apart from many companies in Singapore, not just the automobile audio industry. We would go as far as to say their standard of customer service and workmanship quality is at Japanese level. We now know why AutoImage garners countless positive reviews on Google and Facebook, and why they have so many loyal customers. We were very fortunate to have found boss Ted and his team and we know we will be with them from now!
