Place to service Nissan vehicles. There is a small waiting area with refreshments. Generally hassle free. May have long wait time without any appointments.

If you own a Nissan in Singapore, this is your default go-to place. I've had a uniformly good experience having service done here; the only downside is that you have to book way WAY in advance.

Went for a servicing in late Aug 2019 >>> There was a burning smell when accelerating and sound when braking, so I ask the technician to help inspect then advice what need to be fixed >>> Car was return but nothing was adviced or fix. They ask me to return if got problem. But the problem is, I waited for the whole morning and only collected late afternoon which was more than 8hours If only problem, can't they check on the same day? >>> After servicing, realised one of my tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) went haywired Informed the staff, they say maybe due to low batt hence haywired. Went to an accessory shop, it wasn't the battery. there goes my TPMS. RIP >>> The sound was still there So I went to my usual technician he immediately point out it's the brake pad. Fixed within 20mins. >>> The smell was still there. Technician pull out the air filter to check. It was very dusty i.e. the technician didn't service!!! Fixed within 10mins. Pay and left within 30mins >>> I don't mind paying. But why can't they fix it?

Sent in Nissan car for recall servicing on two occasions. Service access is in the basement. Park your vehicle in any empty lot near the service counter, inform the staff and get your queue number. There is a rather long wait in the waiting area before they attend to your vehicle. The waiting area is generally clean and has sofa sets for seating. There is free WiFi, password printed on display at counter. There is free hot beverage from machine and if you are early (9am-ish) they even offer some complimentary simple bread and buns. Collection of vehicle is at the main reception on the first floor where the staff will drive your vehicle to the front and handover your keys.

Comfortable lounge, queueing time is pretty long, avg exp in overall.

I have a very bad experience signing up for the car service package. The kind of workmanship and service render by Tan Chong Motors in Ubi service center is really sucks and unprofessional. During the last service I had with them, they change my 2 brake pads but did not put back the metal back in one of the brake pad. I have been having screeching sound for weeks and when i finally decided to get a 2nd opinion from another workshop, I was shock to see the photo they took. Been writing complaint letter to them but they just swept under the carpet and think nothing will happen. Very disappointed with their unprofessional service team.

Excellent place to service your Nissan vehicle. Prompt and efficient service using only genuine Nissan parts to keep your car in good condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. Do remember to make an advance booking to service your vehicle. Customer lounge is quiet and generally not crowded. Any questions are answered clearly by the service advisors and/or mechanics.
