Went for repairs cos someone kissed my rear. Service Engineer Mr You was the best. Show Courtesy and polite. Knowledgeable.

Quiet place, away from Honda Service center. As the place says, for body repair and paint work. I changed wind shield here too. Staff are friendly and all male.

Quite bad.... white patches were found on car seat (service staff says it is wax) and sliding door

Absolute terrible service, my Civic rear boot gas strut was faulty and the car is only 2.5 years old. While I can understand parts will fail prematurely and hence the need for warranty, I certainly didn't expect a near 2 months wait for the parts to arrive. For nearly 2 months and still counting at time of writing, I have to live with a rear boot that doesn't hold itself up. Loading and unloading of pram becomes a nightmare as I need my wife to hold onto the rear boot while carrying our baby as I perform the loading and unloading quickly. This is further compounded by the fact that I specifically told Kah Motor that I have 2 young kids and it is dangerous for them if the rear door come slamming down at speed. So any improvement on the delivery of spares to get this repaired at the earliest possible convenience would be much appreciated. This clearly was fallen upon deaf ears since my report about the faulty rear strut absorber was done on 23 Feb and I am still waiting for the part to arrive as of today (12 Apr 2021). Multiple calls to the Sales personnel to expedite things did not improve situation at all. Absolutely appalling service from Kah Motor to say the least.

Just a place to get your car repairs if you met accident. The staff is helpful and pretty experience.

Brought car for servicing . Very poor service. No cleaning done at all. When asked..why not...they said it charged separately....how much? 269 dollars!! People at petrol pump do it for $20! Isn't cleaning the car a basic part of getting the car serviced?

Expensive. U would think they use original Honda parts, but they also use 3rd party parts. So why pay dealer price for that? Car battery died previously. Battery changed by the Kah Motors roadside assistance team was a lousy quality battery. That is fine, but this wasnt even highlighted during subsequent servicings. What if my battery died again?? Will definitely service at 3rd party workshops rather than Kah Motors even if I get another Honda in future
