β β β β β Fast and efficient service. The IDP Process is pretty well streamlined. Getting your car insurance done is also quite fast- just don't get into the first line you see - that's likely fo the IDP application! Parking along Kallang Bahru is plentiful (went at lunch time). Food places also good, with some pretty good food nearby- read the other reviews! ? Only minus is that the Blk 69 Wet Market and Cooked Food Centre is closed for a pretty long renovation βΉ.

β β β β β Very efficient IDP service. It took less than half a hour to get the IDP on weekday. Valid 1 year. Applicants must go down personally to apply since they need to take a portrait photo on the spot.
$20 fee can be paid by either cash or nets. By filling the digital application form on the spot. Drivers can get fussy free service and save time. Much much better than Italy embassy agent.

β β β β β I went to the AA office at GB Point and had an exceptional experience. The staff were super friendly, knew the process for an International Drivers Permit extremely well and were very courteous and quick. Also worth mentioning that the place was very eco friendly as the form filling etc was on their ipad, and the only paper i walked out with was the license and the receipt. If you've got some work with AA, then the GB Point location is definitely the place to go. Thank you to the lovely team there!

β β β β β Came here to get my International Driving Licence. Super efficient β took all of 10min from start till end (there were about three other customers). The official website suggests about one hour for the process (maybe during peak hour?), and if you're really that unlucky, at least the waiting area is white comfortable and there's a cafe next door. The customer service rep was very pleasant and helpful as well! By the way, you can either let them take a quick headshot (free) or you can bring your own.

β β β β β Decent office and has simple games room (table football& some arcade style video games) and relaxation space with electric massage chairs. Did not use so not sure charges for usage. Had Q for membership renewal svcs and staff pleasant.

β β β β β Tried to contact their pre-purchase evaluation dept numerous times. No one bothered to answer the calls. Left messages, no one bothered to call back. Not a good image of AA. I am a life member and their emergency service is very good.

β β β β β Dropped by here after a google search on where to make the International Driving Permit. Was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient the service was! Although the people at the counter said it would take up to 10 minute, I got my permit done (even with 4 people ahead of me in the queue when I arrived) within 5 minutes of submitting the application on-site. (Was here in a Sunday afternoon at 3ish). Very good experience :)
