β β β β β Had a last minute recommendation to try their cakes for a birthday celebration and was not let down by the quality of their bakes! I did a walk-in and their Big Daddy cake was the one and only cake on shelf that day. The cake was packed with luscious chocolatey goodness and was not too sweet to cloy us. We can easily help ourselves to a second or third serving immediately!
Their cupcakes were also moist and flavourful. Our only regret is not getting more of the cupcakes! A place for improvement will be to have more cakes on the shelves for walk-in purchases as well. We were totally unaware that they don't prepare much for walk-in sales.

β β β β β It's a nice little shop and pretty much the only Western style coffee shop in the entire area. The cupcake was above average taste and I would also come back for the coffee. I paid S8.5 for a cappuccino and one cupcake. Free Wifi. There's not much choice, though. At 11am the display had three different cupcakes. There seems to be a cake+coffee special but there was no cake available. I pass this place often and have never seen much more. They might focus on catering more. I did saw them prepare a layered cake in the kitchen. Plastic chairs if you wanna sit in.

β β β β β Friendly deliveryman and nice packaging with clear instructions on how long recommended to defrost the cake before consumption. This is the hand painted 4-inch cake with gold accents. The cake tastes good but this vanilla flavor is a bit too sweet for me. Perhaps I will consider to try other flavors in future!

The beef steak and eggs- hmm steak was raw in the center and cold!! Very tough to chew! This is a major minus point.
But the rest were good- the mushrooms on toast, pancakes etc
The dessert waffles ! Woah- peanut butte/blueberry ice cream & candied bacon on maple syrup waffle- good !!!
Asked for extra hot cuppacino but still was not hot enough.

β β β β β The design of the cake is cute. Delivery came on time. Taste more towards the creamy side. They sell smash cakes too and also cakes in smaller sizes.

β β β β β Love this Strawberry Shortcake ? from my favourite The Ugly Cake Shop! The strawberries and cream are fresh and the sweetness level is well balanced. The inner sponge is nicely moist as well. Itβs never easy to create a delicious strawberry cake and the ugly cake shop nailed it! ???

β β β β β I ordered the Juliana Cake - Salted Caramel Cake with Sea Salt Flakes for my mum's birthday. We were so full from dinner and everyone was thinking this is just another cake and would just have a bite. In the end everyone finished their slice of the cake and liked it. Recommended!

β β β β β Read reviews and decided to try them. Ordered the milo dinosaur cake - the cake is moist and nice with chocolate taste but we had a hard time trying to get a taste of the milo. This is especially so when this is supposed to be a milo dinosaur and one would expect there to be milo overload. Whilst we are chocolate lovers, we ordered this flavour with an expectation of being overwhelmed with milo. Unfortunately, the milo taste was not even detectable let alone being overwhelmedβ¦. Quite disappointed but decided to still give a 3 star rating more for the chocolate taste on a milo dinosaur cakeβ¦.
