Exactly 8 days was all it took from signing the sales agreement to COE bidding to handing over of new car (including my numerous requests for customised add-ons). Delivered the car as promised. Kenneth went the extra mile to answer to every questions and made sure our experience was pleasant. However they did charge us the “admin charge” if not taking maximum loan from them. Can't fault them too much as we got a great deal, other than that car, after sales service is good.

I asked for fast delivery, he gave me a simple ok., and he actually did it quietly. I got a surprise call to inform me to collect car the very next day. Our family brought a car from Autopoint recently. We were able to physically confirm the condition of the car (down to the chassis number) before purchasing and the deal was fuss free. Sam was very accommodating to our request of getting a custom headunit installed. Their pricing is reasonable with no hidden cost. There were updates via WhatsApp during every step of the registration process and we collected our car without any issue. Will definitely buy from them again in the future!

Bought my car recently from Autopoint. I was going through many PI and Tina is the only sale executive who always check back with me every few days to ask about my interest. Their pricing is reasonable with no hidden cost. Collected my car with no issue. Everything i requested was done up nicely. Tina also went through the check with me. Telling me which area to check and making sure i check it. This is unlike my previous experience from AD. Their attitude changed after i purchase the car from them and left me alone to check the car after collecting. Thanks for the great service!
