★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our 3rd job with Moods and we highly recommend them. This time, they helped us fill in an additional piece of decking to close up a planter
on our balcony and installed vinyl on our bay window. In particular the installer Ah Qiang's workmanship is very good and this is the second time we have worked with him. Shanny who is the sales person is also consistently helpful. Would work with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I started sourcing for quotations to replace my existing planter's decking, I tried to fill up all the different suppliers' web forms but most of them didn't really come back to me or took too long. Viola from Moods was the first one to respond to my request and she was very responsive and patient throughout the sales process.
Although there was a small hiccup during the first scheduled installation, Viola was able to quickly resolve it and provided me with another schedule within 1-2 working days.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service and professionalism shown by Moods' sales and installation team. ?

Shanny have been very helpful and patient with the entire process. While I go through a renovation nightmare with my ID, Moods have been a total champion in this entire journey. We appreciate their help and professional yet personal service rendered. You are deserving more than 5 stars for this review. Thanks team Moods!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were looking to install decking in our new nest. We were new to the renovation journey and have heard numerous opinions about decking. We were glad to have Moods flooring as our contractor and more importantly to have Shanny serve us. We were thoroughly briefed about the pros and cons of having composite wood and traditional hard woods before we finally took the plunge and did up our balcony with chengal wood from Moods. in fact, we were so impressed with their service, we also had them do up our flooring with vinyl flooring. Pricing is reasonable but service is well above expectations!
