β β β β β - Overpromise and underdelivered service by Paul (service advisor).
- Unthorough car inspection by mechanic
- Overpriced for regular item
Brought car for regular servicing prior Vicom inspection. As usual, i highlighted the issues i found with my car and reminded on the usual checks too. As it was a shared car, dad did previously mentioned about the carplate lighting was spoiled but i have forgotten. When the car was being handover, Paul reassured that they will conduct a thorough checklist comprises of 40 points checks.
But disappointingly, when the car was handed over to dad after the servicing, the carplate lighting (which is part of the 40 point checks and vicom testing) was not resolved and i have to make an additional trip to Leng Kee just to replace the car lightbulb. The additional trip was unneeded when the mechanics truely follow the required check.
The returned trip - Paul and his mechanic mentioned the whole lightbulb case need to change out and the part will take 1 hour to deliver as they dont keep spared stock in the car servicing. The whole lighting case cost 70 bucks and he nicely put it across that they dont charge labour fee.
I chose to get it fix but waited for close to 2 hours and the CAR PART didnt arrive as promised. Paul did apologised and mentioned that he will provide a return call once the part is delivered. After a day, there is no returned call and I wouldnt need it too as I have gotten it replaced at 6bucks which Paul @ AutoSprint quoted me at 70 bucks.

β β β β β Had my car service at autosprint. The car though new was making some funny noises. Alvin helped to get it checked and carefully understand my issue and making sure it was fixed. Finally enjoying my ride again. Thanks for the good service.

1) Facility- Nice big lounge to rest, good wifi/TV/drink machine/snacks.
2) Advisor Bryan Tan was very patient to explain things, check on my concerns and try to help me expedite things. Great job!
Cons:
1) Servicing more expensive than other workshops by 10-20% i estimate.
2) Long wait time: reached on a wednesday 10:20am on time for my appointment. Left at 16:20pm after only doing vehicle check, change air filter and spark plugs.

β β β β β My entire experience at Autosprint has been great each time Iβve sent my car for routine servicing there. From the receptionists to the customer advisors and mechanics, all of them are very professional and care about the customer and their vehicles. In particular this time, I had a few wear and tear issues with my vehicle which were all patiently, individually addressed and explained to me by customer adviser, Bryan. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his craft and clients. I highly recommend him and this company. ????

β β β β β They had a very professional staff named Wellie. He was proactive and attentive. He has since left. I brought my car for servicing last week. I dropped off my car overnight as usual. Usually, Wellie would call me in the morning and let me know whatβs happening and when my car can be collected. Now, no one calls. I had to call reception which is always just a voice recording and I have to leave a message to call back. Was told my car can be collected in 2 hourβs time. I called again to verify and was told I had major issues to be fixed. The service advisor is not contactable. It has been 5 days now and I donβt get any updates. The service advisor says he will send me his contact number and nothing. This is really unprofessional!!!

β β β β β Was servicing my office car there. Professional services. They are able to draft out formal quotations as required from my office.
Justin the workshop manager is patient and knowledgeable. He rose up from a service advisor. Another service advisor Mohd is customer oriented too. They have quite a high work load though. Patience required at times.
