This service provider HTS Motor is professional with their sales call & they are Reasonably price for Land Rover servicing as compared with anther provider Motoredge Vant that is providing terrible sales call and very high price as compared & as seem that they r the only provider...

Buyers beware. Bought a Toyota Sienta Hybrid from HTS in 2018. Been having battery problems on/off for 2 years but wasn't serious enough cos can still jump start with my portable pack. Recently battery died again and this time, couldn't even jump start. Towed car to workshop to change battery and do servicing, and workshop said they couldn't find the source of the battery draining. Suggested that I bring this to agent HTS since car should be still under warranty. Checked sales agreement and confirmed that 5 years/130,000mkm warranty written on sales agreement and still valid. Called HTS and I presumed it's the owner answering. Directed me to Optima Werkz, their servicing workshop. Called Optimz Werkz, and they said HTS did not buy warranty for this vehicle. Only bought servicing package. Very disappointed esp since HTS is case trust accredited. Maybe I should bring this to case trust attention. Sharing my experience for potential buyers to be aware.
