โ โ โ โ โ I signed up for the Yoga relay event that was conducted by Teacher Diana from Avante body and wellness. Teacher Diana is so great, if you have any hesitance about starting yoga she's is definitely great to start with. She walks everybody through the various steps and poses, bringing positivity and peace to the practice. She employs that perception to assist students in correcting and improving techniques, as well as tailoring individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. She also has the critical ability to challenge students while keeping the classes interesting, informative, and highly recommended!
