dedicated service. I ended with more than what I intended to buy initially. And having her handing over my purchase to me personally to ensure safety left me speechless. When situation permits I would definitely love to visit Benny's Gem physical store one day.

Benny and his team were very patient and walked us through the process of designing our engagement ring, including selecting the gem and helping us visualise what the final ring would look like. They also have a designer on-site who can sketch and propose designs on the spot. I highly recommend anyone looking for custom jewelry to visit!

Other than the warm smiles and patient guidance on gems knowledge, their core strength is actually in presenting me a wide range of selection at multiple price points that possibly fits all kinds of gems lovers.
Last but not least, the in-house designers are remarkably talented. My perfect gem rings came alive on my fingers with just little description I made to the designer. Kudos!

โ โ โ โ โ Isabelle was professional, informative and extremely responsive. The level of service and craftsmanship I received is very high and I would recommend getting a customized ring from here. Ring was also made ahead of schedule. The shop also accepts credit cards which is a plus!

โ โ โ โ โ Know Benny many years back! My wedding band is done by him. Bought an Aquamarine Diamond ring from them recently, Isabelle is nice to offer me ring adjuster for fitting. The Aquamarine Diamond ring is gorgeous. Also do a new plating for my 17 yo wedding band with them. They are very knowledgeable and provide good advise, not to mention their good service! Will definitely come back again.
