★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid at all cost! I purchased a ceiling fan from this shop last Sunday and agreed to be installed today. The sales rep informed me that installation fee was $40 if that is a normal installation. As I have an existing ceiling fan installed before, I thought that it should be a normal installation charge. When the installer came today he told me that he need to charge me $120 as he need to do a support for the fan which he claims the previous installer did not do a good job. Long story short, he wanted to charged me way more for inserting a piece of wooden plank into the ceiling which he claim is call a wooden suppport!!!
Look at the gap between the wall and the fan after the installation. When i enquire, they gave different versions of excuses to cover up the their sloppy jobs! So you decide for yourself.
