★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spend $1k plus buying 8 x DL and few lightings for a 4 room flat.. 3 x DL (dented edges, gap btw glass n frame) , 1 x Crystal look dinning area light (glass silicon wear off and was detached from frame and installer insist that it was me who spoiled it), 1 x normal led light faulty (saying the house wiring got issue, till electrician do all test to prove everything was alrite then willing to take down). Changed 3 times within the same day, 2 DL RESPRAYED badly and send to me (if no stock just tell me why respray?) dining light finally arrived, cover fitting was wrong and use forceFul closure till the catch dented ( still cant fit it, and denied it was not dent) the boss is a nice person due to referral but the worst is the installer Argue with me saying nothing is wrong and the stock distribution side (giving me such quality items claiming already QC check!) Worst installer I had encounter and the service standard im speachless.. I have photos and videos for all incidents as evidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varieties for standard ceiling downlight. Decor lights limited choice. Looking for simple and standard led lights you may find them. Go to Jalan Besar outlets to have a better negotiating pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner charged me $11 for a LED tube inspite of a $10 label under the tube.. when i went the next day the staff charged $8 for the same tube.. just cant understand what satisfaction u get by cheating customers for as little as $50... have some dignity..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought units for replacement of Two four room flats. Being supportive customer of theirs and have been returning them with faulty led lights for almost every month for past 15 months. New module intro to end the poor old design. Although still under 2 years warranty, I am asked to pay more monies for the replacement units. How does it sound to you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very rude people! Things are not really cheap either. Bad service. The guy is one of the worst sales person I ever met be it he is the boss or just a worker. With such attitude he can never survive. ?
