★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Greece (Santorini) recently and called the Singapore office for help for my overseas rental. Though I have not rented in Singapore before, just wanted to thank Ms Asha and Chahaya for their help on my questions about driving in Greece. They helped me source patiently for a reasonable price and I got an Audi A3 upon arrival which was perfect for our luggages. Overall, great trip!
Great assurance ? especially when I couldnt find the info online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve rented with Avis across the world for 10 years, and was happy to keep a long term car. But when I lost my job due to COVID-19 they treated me poorly, making my already stressful situation harder. This office really has no connection outside Singapore and the people there are happy to disappoint customers. It’s my suggestion that if you’re considering renting a car, look elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation for a Toyota Alphard in March 2020, to be collected on 09 Oct 2020. While waiting, I called Avis three times (on 09 Sep, 12 Sep and 06 Oct) to check on the reservation status and was not made aware of any issues during any of these calls. On 08 Oct, less than 24 hours before collection, Avis tells me the vehicle is no longer in the fleet and they can not even say when the vehicle group was withdrawn. Website still claims as I write this review that they have a Group I (Alphard or similar premium MPV) for rent even though the entire group no longer exists in Singapore.
Avis has ZERO commitment to their customers and clearly no idea how to run their operations. Avoid AVOID AVOID at ANY COST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eunice was really helpful. We needed to rent a car the last minute as our car was sent to the workshop, and she sorted it out for us. As an Avis Premier member (which is free to sign up), they provided free drop off and collection service, a great convenience. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This will be the fourth time I am renting a vehicle from Avis. Their service has been very good on each occasion. Today I discovered that they are running a special and, with the help of Aisha, was able to arrange a new reservation and cancel my old one. She was extremely professional and helpful.
