The lowest price in the market in Singapore, items in great condition, free delivery for items over $100, extremely fast delivery too (just 2 days for a mic and an audio interface), will definitely recommend to others. Only drawback is that it may not have all of the brands you're looking for.

I have used them again since the last time and I must say, they are excellent at their service and responses. Enjoy the 'toys' that they have and I can certainly go "ga ga" if I am not stopped. Kudos to them.They even recently helped me with a product I purchased through them in getting it repaired though it was not their responsibility to do so as I was told by the Brand's company to go through that particular brand to email them and wait (yes I waited and waited). They helped me and I got it down in half an hour.

I had asked to the hotline before I made purchased ( I need it urgently) and telling me that delivery on next day so I optioned out self pickup. Next day is Friday and never show up. Send email and no response rather than an auto reply. Didn't update me about the delivery. If they rest on Sat Sun, then my order will come on Monday? or next week. First and bad experience. Good reviews from others does not work for me actually. Edited: check WO-2021-15185: WI-2021-05837 I have sent email enquiry and still no reply. Edited: I have called hot line on 15 Nov 2021, 10:15 AM , answering me that their WiFi is down and unable to check and will call me back. Edited: I waited an hour no body called me back so I called again. Another person pick up and telling me that the stock are still at the port and waiting for clearance. Asking me about the name of the staff who was telling me about the in stock availability and give me an option to cancel. I made an cancellation and request for a refund. Then I headed down to Hung Brothers Electrical Trading at SL and make a purchased the in stock unit.

Placed an order on 25 Nov 2021 for a product and it said on the website it would be available within 2-5 working days after payment was made. Made payment immediately and waited to receive my items, or even an email to tell me my items were shipped. Followed up with an email on 2 December, got no reply. Followed up again on 8 December, again not even a reply. Decided to give them a call on 13 December, and the gentleman on the phone told me he would check with his supervisor and get back to me. Didn’t hear back from him so I decided to drop them a WhatsApp message as well - the only reply I got back was an auto reply. Fast forward to today, 21 December 2021, a whole week later, I dropped them a WhatsApp message again to check in on the status of my order and surprise surprise, I got a reply saying that the item is out of stock globally and they would send me a refund of my purchase. Cool. Listen, I’m not salty that the items are out of stock, that’s completely fine and these things happen. I’d just appreciate if the team could actually respond to emails and messages regarding purchases. If an item is out of stock, let your customers know it is out of stock. If you don’t know when your stock is coming in, let your customers know you don’t know - that’s fine. Don’t just leave them hanging and wondering if you ran off with their money because you’re not replying to their messages. I’m sure others may have had a good experience with AVLFX, but unfortunately I did not. ??‍♂️
