★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Sunday trip down to their showroom and by next morning, my ktv system was delivered before noon. The guy installing my system was friendly and gave clear instructions on how to use. Also, the yandao bro William serving me is super helpful and responsive on whatsapp even at 9pm. Thank you for the amazing customer service and products!
If you're at the showroom, look for William. :)

Im so glad we chose MB HOME !!! I introduced a few frens and they shared the same view! Please visit their showroom if you are keen! the System is much better than some KTV places i visited!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is de best! No matter what time you encounter any issue, they are just one call away. All issue solved. Even after one year warranty, they still patiently assist us. If you don’t believe me, get one ktv set from them, try out yourself. Since Covid period nothing much to do, not much place can go. The best is to stay home stay safe and sing out all your stress, those who work from home, your child homebased learning, trust me you will need it, such a great way to distress. Omg, MB Karaoke Solution is my life saver. We use action to prove it, one at my parent in law place, one at our own crib. You can invite your friends and family to come over and enjoy, best bonding ever. Don’t worry, they have baby shark, kids song too, kids can sing together, start young.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service rendered. Bought my KTV system 1 year ago. Encountered some technical issue yesterday regarding my system. Messaged Ang at 8+ 9 pm. He promptly replied and advise steps required to troubleshoot. But still could not work. Any advise to bring the system down for them to do a troubleshoot as their office has all the equipment. Brought the system down today and they solved the problem and did a update for me. Recommend all to come to their showroom to choose from their wide selection of systems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk-in to MB showroom located at mid view city #05-83 on a Sunday afternoon with my family and was greeted by KK Yeow. He served with patience and explain the type of karaoke system to us. Eventually, we decided for a MB karaoke system with songs. What impressed me is that they are able to arrange next day delivery for installation. The whole process is very smooth. I would highly recommend MB Karaoke system! Good and affordable!
