Instructor is very friendly and welcoming which is lovely so you don’t have to feel nervous or intimidated at all. :) Packages are reasonably priced and a wide variety of classes suitable for all levels are available. Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had a very fun experience for her first attempt at Aerial Yoga last weekend and she wants to go for it again. The session was conducted at the right pace and we managed to follow through the poses and steps accordingly as guided. The instructor was precise, thorough yet patient for beginners like us and we really had a wonderful mommy-daughter bonding time. Definitely will come back for more sessions in future to come! Thanks for having us @avoyoga! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cosy studio with small class size. The instructor was friendly and helpful in guiding individually, even those who couldn’t handle the moves. Good to practise on your own before joining the advanced “fit” classes, as they require more variations.

Enjoyed all my classes here and in just a few months' time, I have certainly grown a lot under the teachers' guidance and encouragement. Teacher Rai is so approachable and helpful, Teacher Yan Min is so fun to be around. Highly recommend this studio especially for first timers! The class size is small and the teacher guides all of us patiently, so it doesn't feel intimidating at all. Both hammock and hoop classes are super fun and there are also various courses to choose from!
