When i found out about the FITMUAY level 1 trainer course i didn't know what the term "fitness" is really about as i came from the "combat" background.After i attended the course i slowly began to understand the "fitness" aspect of FITMuay under the guidance of Coach or i shall address him as Kru Vincent.After the course ended i feel that there many useful things i could apply as a "combative" Muay Thai Coach and Practitioner which i think is not covered in most Fight Gyms.FITMuay is fun and safe for everyone and all levels who wants to workout and practice "THE ART OF 8 LIMBS"...ooeiii!

I attended the Muay Fit Foundation and the Fit Muay Level 1 workshop over the last two weeks. It has been a good learning experience for me.
