Order the mixed tendon dry beef and wanted to pair it with rice. Unfortunately, rice is sold out even I saw a Hugh pot of rice cooker. Must be famous for rice and mixed beef. I order the kuey teow noodle. Look at the large helping of noodles swimming in beef sauce. The beef sauce is wonderfully mixed with the kuey teow to give a delicious and umami flavor. The mixed meat is separate in a bowl of soup. Normally, most beef stall will give little meat so I decided to order the medium at $6. To my surprise, there is lots of mixed beef. Tendon, stomach, beef balls and meat. The meat taste like corn beef, so tender that it melts in the mouth. The stomach and balls is ok but the tendon is little. Guess tendon is expensive. The beef broth is refreshing and not too heavy in beefy taste. Overall, it is a good meal but can be improve. She can add a little crushed peanut in the sauce to enhance the taste. She is so generous that Chilly sauce and kalamansi is self help. Will be back again the next month as I have high blood pressure and doctor adviced from eating too much meat.
